Hello family!
Maybe you've had some time to check out the accomodation options, but I know we're all busy :). To prevent confusion with deposits or transferring money, we'd like everyone to be responsible for selecting and booking their own rooms.
A bit about the accomodations:
Family Units - 1,000 square foot house units with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living area, and a kitchen. 3 queen size beds + a couch bed, so each unit can sleep 8 adults.
They average about $300 a night. So, for the Donner/Elliott's we'll book 1 unit for 4 days/3 nights and share it between all of us at a cost of about $125 a person.
Defiance House Lodge - Hotel rooms with 2 queen beds. Each room runs $150 a night and can sleep up to 4.

We'd like to have all accomodations booked by the end of February. Hopefully that will give everyone time to get finances in order. Select whichever option works best for your family and follow the link above to book accomodations. Check in on July 16th, check out on July 19th. Here's a basic rundown of our reunion information:
Location: Bullfrog Marina, Lake Powell, UT
Dates: Wednesday, July 16th - Saturday, July 19th 2014
Accommodations: Family Units (3 bedroom/2 bath/kitchen/living room) or Campgrounds with restrooms, shower access, and RV hook-ups
Each family unit has 3 bedrooms with a queen bed in each and a couch bed in the living area, so you can decide what works best for your family.
